Hello, when I tried to open a module in exclusive edit mode, the mode is activated and I don't get any error messages, but the objects appear with grey backgroud and it is not possible to edit them. This happens since I got an error message some days ago when running the Exchange plugin for exporting a project. I tried to log in as administrator and run the integrity checker, as I guess is something related with an integrity problem in the database, but no errors were found. I not really sure what to try next. adrian.ro - Tue Sep 15 03:38:12 EDT 2015 |
Re: Cannot edit modules As the problem was happening only on the project I was exporting I have managed to copy the whole project and now the locks are working properly on the new copy. So it is solved for now. |
Re: Cannot edit modules This will happen with an exported partition; or an imported read-only partition. Even the "administrator" may not make changes. I wonder if "Exchange" uses partitions? -Louie |

I created a ReqIf definition that locked all attributes, so DOORS was expecting me to re-import the exported module once the changes have been made. It was solved by simply deleting the ReqIf definition associated with the project. I guess that importing the project from the exported file would have also worked. Thank you! |
